Festival 2013 Membership Information

Seating

We still have a handful of reserved Member seats overlooking the course available for purchase, which include access to either the Crest Room or Insurance Bar, depending on where your seat is. If you have already purchased a seat, please remember to bring your cardboard seat badge with you on the day to gain access to the Member area. If you are yet to purchase a seat, please call the team today on 0844 800 0668 to book your place.

Parking

The car park label which is included within your Membership package does not include Festival parking. If you would like to book parking you can purchase an unreserved label for £20, or a reserved space for all four days in either the North or Hall of Fame car parks for £165. Our team is available to talk through these options so please give them a call on 0844 800 0668.

Pass Card

Please remember to bring your pass card with you to The Festival. If you can't present this on entry, we will have to charge you for an entry ticket which we will be unable to refund.
 

Abandonment of New Year's Day - Membership and Best Mate Season Ticket refunds

All new and renewing Members are required to sign a form to say that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of Membership. These state that there is no obligation for us to refund part of the Membership fee when a race meeting is abandoned as a result of circumstances that were unforeseeable at the commencement of the Membership.

We are pleased to offer two additional reciprocal days: one at Taunton on Thursday 28th February and one at Haydock Park on Saturday 30th March, the Easter Saturday Family Fun Raceday. Reciprocal will get Premier Enclosure entry only, without access to the members' facilities. Car Parking is not included.

Membership 2012/13 season

For anybody with a genuine love of racing or an appetite to enjoy up to 16 great days out, a membership badge gives access to all that Cheltenham has to offer. There are several levels of membership, enabling you to choose the one that suits you the best.

Members (excluding Best Mate Season ticket Membership) will benefit from free reciprocal days at other racecourses and also have the option throughout the season to purchase seats, marquee badges and car parking for selected meetings.

New and Renewing Members will also receive exclusive offers throughout the season, such as discounted tickets for all race meetings including The Open Saturday and The Festival, a dining discount voucher to the value of £50 and also a friends a family dining rate to name just a few.

Despatch of Membership badges

Membership badges are now being despatched.

Renewal forms for the new season

Those who are still to return their renewal forms, please return these as soon as possible so we can ensure we despatch Membership badges prior to the first race meeting.

If you are unable to return your renewal forms prior to the first race meeting, we will be able to renew Memberships on both of these days at the Membership Desk Hall Of Fame. However, but to speed up the process we would recommend renewing prior to the meeting.
