Entry into the competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. The competition closes at 9am on Monday 31st December 2012. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered. The winner will be chosen from a random draw of correct entries by 30th January 2013. The winner will be notified by email on this date and given details of how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to Punchestown within 24 hours of being notified, then the prize will be forfeited and Punchestown shall be entitled to select another winner. Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a written request with a self-addressed envelope to the following address: Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland . The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
