The people are what makes Cheltenham Racecourse the obvious choice for your event. From the moment an enquiry is taken through the execution of the event you can be guaranteed a totally professional experience.

Whether planning a roadshow for a client, stage managing a fashion show or product launch, celebrating business success or hosting large banqueting events, our dedicated and experienced team will help to ensure your event is everything you want it to be. As part of Jockey Club Racecourses, we're also able to offer access to 13 other racecourses throughout the UK - great for national roadshows.

We don't just want your event to be a success - we want the planning and hosting of it to be as easy, stress-free and enjoyable as possible. That's why we've brought together an experienced team, committed to going the extra mile to give you answers and give your guests an experience to remember. And it's not just our in-house crew of event managers, chefs, technical and hospitality staff working on your behalf.

We have developed excellent relationships with a wide range of suppliers from entertainers and custom themed event agencies and production experts to ensure your event couldn't be in better hands.  From a meeting for two, seated conference of 2,250 or a standing audience of 4,000, sit down dinners, presentations and exhibitions, our rooms and buildings connect seamlessly to help create the perfect event environment.

We care about the environment at large too. Wherever appropriate we strive to reduce the environmental impact of our business, from local sourcing to efficient energy usage and waste reduction initiatives.
