A day that is firmly established as a family favourite at Cheltenham, with large and enthusiastic crowds determined to enjoy some festive fresh air and welcome in the New Year in style. Raise a glass to 2013 with us and witness the stars of the sport in action at the spectacular setting that is the home of Jump racing.
The celebrations are top class, but so too is the racing, with seven compelling contests on the track. In 2012, Calgary Bay and Oscar Whisky won two of the biggest races and both became Grade 1 victors later in the season. This day is also a highlight for Pony Club members and their families, who have the chance to look behind the scenes in special racecourse tours.
