Frequent Runner Championship
This season’s Frequent Runner Championship has a new look with sculptor George Bingham partnering us to deliver to the winning trainer a magnificent bronze commission, worth up to £15,000. George predominantly sculpts horses and British wildlife in the traditional style of the animalier. Over the last three years he has held one man exhibitions in London, Dubai and Switzerland. Recent commissions include a lifesize bronze for the St Moritz Tobogganing Club (Cresta Run) and trophies for Krug Champagne and British Polo Day. Find out more and view some of his incredible work at www.georgebingham.com
Each race between The Showcase in October and The April Meeting receives a star rating, and the trainer with the top score will be presented with his commission on Thursday April 18th 2013.
Leading horsebox providers Equi-Trek continue their successful association with the Frequent Runner Championship in a slightly different guise to last season. This year, the top 10 trainers at the end of the Championship in April will be entered into a prize draw to win a 2 berth Equi-Trek Sonic horsebox, worth £30,000, on a 12 month lease, so each will have a one in ten chance to win the £30,000 vehicle. You can keep up with the scores here, and admire the vehicle available at www.equi-trek.com .
