Club and Tattersalls enclosures Term and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 and over.

2. Employees of Cheltenham Racecourse, The Steeple Chase Company or related companies, their families and agents are not eligible to participate in the free prize draw.

3. Participants are entered into the draw upon purchasing a ticket for either Tuesday 11th, Wednesday 12th or Thursday 13th March of The Festival meeting. One entry is allowed per purchaser.

4. The winner will be drawn by an independent person at random from all entries.

5. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. All entries must be received before 3rd March 2008.

7. The winner will be notified within 2 working days of the closing date.

8. The prize entitles the winner to a presentation box of fine wine worth 54.00 and a 50 tote voucher.

9. The winner's name will be announced on www.cheltenham.co.uk.

10. The winner will be notified by telephone. If, for any reason, the winner is uncontactable (after 3 attempts in one day), then a new winner will be chosen at random the following day.

11. There is no cash alternative.

12. The prize is non-transferable.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw at any stage.

14. By entering the prize draw winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
