1. The free prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 and over.

2. Employees of Cheltenham Racecourse, The Steeple Chase Company or related companies, their families and agents are not eligible to participate in the free prize draw.

3. Only one (1) entry is allowed per entrant.

4. The winner will be drawn by an independent person at random from all entries.

5. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. All entries must be received before 14 May 2008.

7. The winner will be notified within 15 working days of the closing date.

8. The prize entitles the winner to a two night weekend break, consisting of a Saturday and Sunday nights accommodation, bed and breakfast and evening meal for two at The Chase Hotel.

9. The evening meal will be offered from the hotel's set menu and alcohol drinks are not included.

10. Any extra costs must be borne by the winner.

11. The prize must be taken by 31 August 2008 and is dependent on room availability.

12. The winner's name will be announced on www.cheltenham.co.uk.

13. The winner will be notified by email. If, for any reason, the winning email address bounces the email (more than 3 times in one day), then a new winner will be chosen at random the following day.

14. If the prize is not claimed within 28 days of the draw, a new winner will be selected.

15. There is no cash alternative.

16. No purchase is necessary.

17. The prize is non-transferable.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the free prize draw at any stage.

19. By entering the free prize draw winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.

20. Details given will be held on file.

21. Occasionally we may send carefully selected information, which may be of interest to Cheltenham Racecourse customers. Please contact us if you would prefer not to receive mailings.
