Become a member

As the 2008/2009 Season draws to a close, we are already planning our Membership offering for the 2009/2010 Season. For anyone with a genuine love of racing or an appetite to enjoy up to seventeen great days out, a membership badge gives access to all that Cheltenham has to offer.

Club 16-24 MEMBERSHIP (Proof of age required)

SENIOR MEMBERSHIP (65 years+)

3. Car label for Members parking excluding The Festival

Corporate Membership

New for 2008/2009, we are offering a corporate membership whereby companies can purchase five full memberships excluding The Festival and only pay for four. This costs just £480, a saving of 20%, plus a one-off enrolment fee of £300.

RECIPROCAL DAYS

Members will have the opportunity to attend other racecourses throughout the season at no additional cost upon production of their Cheltenham Members badge. Racecourses and dates will be provided when membership badges are sent.

Note: The reciprocal days that were provisional for Kempton on the 10th January and Sandown on 31st January have now been approved, and Members are most welcome on these days. Due to the weather, the National Hunt meeting at Kempton has had to be abandoned, but has been replaced by an all weather fixture. 

Best Mate Season Ticket

New for 2008/2009 is a fantastic offer to become a Season Ticket Holder in Cheltenham’s Best Mate enclosure, in association with The Sun newspaper. For £110, the equivalent of just £6.47 per race day, Season Ticket Holders will gain entry to the Best Mate enclosure at each of Cheltenham’s 17 fixtures including The Festival at no extra cost. Ticket holders will enjoy full use of the Best Mate enclosure facilities and a private marquee. Please note, Members benefits and reciprocal days do not apply to Best Mate Season Ticket.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERS BENEFITS AVAILABLE AS EXTRA ITEMS

THE OPEN MEETING

Friday 14 November 2008
1. Access to the Insurance Bar and seats £15. This also includes access on Saturday 13 December and Saturday 24 January 2009.
2. There are 1200 badges available within this package and these are sold to ensure that we do not exceed capacity in this area. The badges will be sold on a first come first served basis.
3. Access to The Insurance Bar and seats for the meetings on Saturday 13 December 2008 and Saturday 24 January 2009 is available for £7.50 per day.

Saturday 15 November 2008
1. Reserved Seating £25 Situated in the main grandstand in front of the Insurance Bar or the Crest Room (one seat per member). Access to the Insurance Bar and Crest Room on this day is restricted to those who have purchased a seat. If you would like to be seated next to another Member then please ensure that the relevant forms are returned together.
2. Reserved Parking £15 Situated in the North or Hall of Fame car park. Space is limited and these will be sold on a first come first served basis.
3. Members Marquee £10 Situated in the tented village. Capacity is limited to 300 and badges will be sold on a first come first served basis.

THE FESTIVAL 2009

(Tuesday 10 March - Friday 13 March)
1. Unreserved Parking £20 Situated in the Members area all four days.
2. Reserved Parking £165 Situated in North or Hall of Fame car park. Space is limited and these will be sold on a first come first served basis.
3. Reserved Seating £299 Situated in the main grandstand in front of the Insurance Bar or the Crest Room (one seat per member). Access to the Insurance Bar and Crest Room at this meeting is restricted to those who have purchased a seat. If you would like to be seated next to another Member then please ensure that the relevant forms are returned together.
4. Festival Club Marquee £90 Situated in the tented village all four days. A private facility for Members and their guests. Individual days are available £25 per day. Capacity is limited to 300 per day and badges will be issued on a first come first served basis.

GUEST BADGES

These are available to all Members enabling access for a guest to the Insurance Bar and seats at a cost of £25 as a package to include 8 meetings, October 17 & 18, November 16, December 12, April 15, 16 & 17 and May 6 OR as individual days at a cost of £5.

Please note that a guest badge will NOT gain access to the racecourse, you will also need to purchase an entry ticket for your guest.
